Powerful Physical Therapy is seeking motivated therapists who are looking for a break from high volume clinics and want to showcase their full PT skills with our private concierge practice.  


If you’re burnt out by the volume you’re currently treating, feel like your skills aren’t being put to use, and feel like your environment isn’t really pushing you to be the best clinician you can be, we’ve got an amazing opportunity for you! 


We treat patients one-on-one, for a full hour, in their home or work place.  We predominantly work with adult orthopedic and neurological conditions, and provide a hybrid PT-wellness service.   Most of our patients are located in Suffolk County but we do get inquiries in Nassau County and the city which we would be interested in serving. 

  • Must be comfortable treating in home which may include pets

  • Must bring own portable treatment table, free-up, and any other pieces of equipment beneficial to the patients needs 

  • New grads welcome - prefer a strong manual and performance based background plus confidence treating independently and autonomously 

  • Must follow Covid-19 precautions 

  • Will be trained navigating our concierge/private based model

  • Active NYS PT license (required)

  • Valid Drivers license (required)

  • Professional Liability Insurance (required)

    *Flexible hours/determined by the PT as a 1099 subcontractor.

Are you interested in working remotely, making your own hours and earning extra income?


Powerful PT is looking for a hard working, organized, and proactive individual to assist with administrative tasks such as  following up with clients, collecting data, posting to social media, and other online tasks.  Must be able to utilize a smart phone and computer for various business tasks along with communicating with clients.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others

  • Knowledge and ability to use a variety of social media platforms (preferred) 

  • Understanding of video editing and posting to Youtube

  • Sharing secure documents & maintaining patient confidentiality (HIPPA)

  • Knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics and advertising data (preferred)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Google Drive/Adobe

  • Must own personal laptop/computer (required)
